MBPIG BPISS CAN GCH DEBALYS THE ROAD LESS TRAVELLED

MAVERICK

Too Young for health testing.

Sire: Australian Champion Articpride’s Marjestic Runner

Dam: Canadian grand Champion Bronze Debalys Spring Fling

Maverick entered the ring for the first time in February 2026 at the AKC Winter Classic where he won Best of Winners and Best of Opposite Sex twice against his sister Sydney earning him his first two points.

In March Maverick was shown by his handler Jennifer D at the Battle River Show in Camrose Alberta to 3 WD and 2 BOW and 3 BOS for an additional 5 points as well as a Best Puppy In Group win.

He went home with Jennifer for a few weeks to bond, and she showed him at the Siberian Specialty weekend where the first day at the Renaissance show in Chilliwack he won BOW for 2 points and at the Siberian Husky Club of Canada Regional Specialty on the last day of the show, he won Winners Male and Best Puppy In Specialty Show to complete his Canadian Championship.

Jennifer travelled to the Fort St John & District Kennel Club show where she once again showed Maverick for me and together they won 2 Select Dog, 2 Best of Opposite and 1 Best of Breed as well as Reserve best Puppy in Show for a total of 11 Grand Championship points.

Maverick went with Jennifer to the Lakes and District Kennel Club show in central BC where together they won 3 Select Dog, 2 BOS and 2 Best of Breed for another 14 Grand Championship points, taking his total to 25 points.

In Canada a dog may NOT obtain it’s Grand Championship under a year of age, so although he had enough points to qualify him for this title, he was still too young.

I took Maverick to the Grande Prairie Regional Kennel Club show  in Grande Prairie Alberta 5 days after Maverick’s 1ST birthday and he won Best of Opposite Sex for 3 points, completing his GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP!
